CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

IJWTS~ I thought I would be nice and get rid of a lot of my old subscriptions because they just helped to clog up the site. What I didn't realize is that after deleting my oldest page of subscriptions, CF jumped back to the newest page of subscriptions, instead of the second to the oldest page. So I accidently deleting all my newest subscriptions, and since I was basically done by the time I realized this, I just deleted them all anyway. Here's to starting at 1.

IJWTS~ A lot of the times when I see your username, I think of that scene in the animated movie of Raggedy Ann and Andy where the candy monster is all like "I heard you have a Sweeeeeetheeeeaaaart," and then he tries to get Ann because he wants to take her heart to eat it/own it. It only reminds of that because part of your username rhymes with it....and being a girl probably doesn't hurt either.
