Nah. The only reason I made is was to chat with people from here, but I realized that most people don't know me, so I would just be ignored, and I would rather be excluded than ignored....I was spoken to this morning because of a small group online.

The main reason why most people here don't talk a lot to new poeple is because they don't know what will offend them and so they wait until they feel that they know you well enough to say things without offending you. e.g I know some people here who don't get offended when I call them fat but I know I can't call everyone that. Those who know me here know that they can show me their belly buttons without me getting offended but no one will ever dare ask me about the origin of my user name.
Just talk more and people will know that you're cool and they can joke with you and such.

I didn't want to include this but I think I have to ...: saying you're being ignored doesn't help in letting people know that they can chat with you about anything.

Um....you can still go places. Just be more careful when you're driving, and make sure to bundle up.

I live in South Carolina. We don't have all the preps the northern states have. Plus, the roads are covered in ice as well.

IJWTS yikes. A 14 hour day is long enough without going into the wee hours of the morning. Be safe driving home when you get off work.

I'm thankful...but it'd be better if I was able to have more than just me working all departments, registers, and having to take phone calls. I will be the only one working.

I used to work 16 hour shifts in a mental hospital as a shift leader responsible for the safety of 8 employees from 52 violent, crazy criminals. Believe me, I know stressful jobs. Regardless, be thankful. I'm glad you are.
