IJWTS I am caffeine-free and apart from sleeping about 14 hours a day(which I can cos I'm off work ) it has not been too bad at all! Just a bit of a headache on day 1. Woo!

Ethie I used to have constant headaches for a while for reasons that sound a bit similar to yours. Intense studying used to be a trigger for me. I started just taking 15/20mins to myself and doing a bit of meditation or something. Over time you start to relax much quicker. Praying you feel better!

I need to do more meditation. My dad always tells me but I don't listen to him. =/ I need to start taking care of my body, cause I'm always too tired now, or having really server headaches.
