CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

IJWTS I wish patients wouldn't lie to me... Spent an hour clerking and examining a man who said he felt breathless. Later I looked in his notes to find that what he actually came in with was a cocaine overdose.

IJWTS - I know you have good intentions in giving me advice, but I have a hard time believing we're on the same page. While we both love the Lord, it seems that you have more in mind of what I can do for myself, while all I'm trying to focus on is what I can do for others. I know I need to eat and have my needs provided for, but God has already told me that I'm not going to be rich in this life. I appreciate your prayers and support nonetheless.

I don't think I did as well as I would have liked....I think I studied too much and info kept spilling out of my brain...

IJWTS God utterly blows me away with the way He works things together for good. sure I had a horribly scheduled couple shifts here, and today was the busiest day I've ever had at walmart, and I was so tired and felt so horrible, yet God lifted me up and kept me focus, and I managed to impress all of my higher ups (who all happened to be working today) and even had one recommend I apply for management. Then I come home and find an email waiting for me from my church, saying they'd like to schedule an interview with me for a part time job in communications! It's just amazing how He lifts me up! I will never understand it but I will always have faith in Him and trust His ways!
