I will probably wait for an orputune moment, kill that crippled loser Vader, and that incompetent weakling of an (so-called) emperor Palpatine, and rule the Galaxy myself (I can do much better than he can). Both of them have lousy lightsabre skills anyway.

As for the OP, I'd most likely do the same while trying to keep the lowest profile imaginable. Don't want to attract attention...too much.

I doubt I'd survive, but If on the off-chance I did...I would find someplace quiet, keep my skills fresh and set up informants...once in a while I'd take a vacation and genetically enhance the universe with my DNA and erase a few baddies...then it would be nap time...

I'd attempt to continue teaching the lightside of the force by hiding the teachings in symbols. Then after being frustrated with people not comprehending them, or thinking that the symbols are supposed to be worshipped, or people forming small clubs with little secret handshakes but not really doing more with their lives than the rest of society, I'd give up and go hide in some back water planet.

I'd probably be a "bounty hunter-like" Jedi...being sort of that anonymous Batman figure of the Jedi, taking care of business on the lowest profile imaginable. I'd wipe out big-league badguys (be it Sith or ruthless criminals) and work my way up "the list."
