The 2009 criminal charges are authentic, filed by Jane Burgermeister, a journalist in Vienna who has written for the British Medical Journal among others. This is perhaps a first time example for a 'established journalist' to speak out of the contamination of the standard H3N2 seasonal flu vaccine with another variety, namely the 63% LETHAL H5N1 (Bird Flu), distributed by AVIR Green Hills Biotechnology of Orth an der Donau (Vienna), that was sent out to 16 processing labs in Germany, Czechoslovakia, Slovenia using false concealment protocols and false labels. Had it escaped, it would have triggered a massive pandemic in Europe and the world at large. By providence it was discovered by a lab technician at BioTest in the Czech Republic, who tested the vaccine batch on a Ferrel animal population that proved 100% fatal. (The labels on the material sent to them from Baxter via Avir gave no indication of the lethal contents) Reports of the discovery surfaced during the second week of February 2009, and were posted at Promed, and later on Bloomberg, the Toronto Sun during the last half of February. Yet curiously, this report did not receive mainstream media attention .
THE BAXTER WHO CONNECTION
It was the World Health Organisation itself that supplied Baxter the live bird flu virus (by Baxter spokespersons own admission) which originated from WHOS Reference center. The incident has been explained as an accident. Baxter uses BSL 3 (BioSafety Level 3) precautions in its laboratories, a system for the safe handling of toxic / bioweapons grade substances, which makes an accidental contamination of ordinary flu material with the dangerous bird flu virus virtually impossible.
KEY POST-INCIDENT INDICATORS Connecting the dots
Since this time there exist further evidence of a concerted cover-up of the details concerning this incident in Austria itself, as well as the world at large. There has been (1) no coverage in Austrian media concerning this incident, (2) Misdirection of Austrias Health Minister, Alois Stöger, whose cursory handling of this incident, treating it as an veterinary-related incident amounts to obstruction of justice (2) State Prosecutor, Harald Eisenmenger, who has failed to launch an authentic investigation into Baxters activities, or even share this information to the Austrian public at large, (3) the most recent resignation on September 3 of Werner Autericky (Head of Vienna's Office For the Protection of the Constitution and for Fighting Terrorism) under pressure, whose team considered the evidence valid and summoned Burgermeister for an extended deposition a month and a half ago and (4) a small group of alternative news websites, Internet radio stations and Facebook groups that have attempted to subterfuge Burgermeister efforts to extend actions into a civil litigation phase, regarding the taking of local initiatives to apply for injunctions, that would rule that mandatory vaccinations, as outlined by the World Health Organisation itself, to fundamentally stop, pending further criminal investigation.
ONGOING
At the time of this post, there is a massive on-going cover-up of this incident within Austria itself, as well as the mainstream media worldwide, but sooner or later the facts will emerge. Despite setbacks, the investigation continues and is reaching critical mass.
Simply put, this contamination was no accident .
Would anyone take a vaccine from a key player, namely Baxter Laboratories, who sits on the vaccine advisory board of the WHO which is now under criminal investigation?

Former Kansas State Trooper Greg Evensen reports that there are plans for road-blocks to force vaccines with military personnel putting bracelets on people. Those who refuse to take the steel band with a microchip will be put on a prison bus and taken to a quarantine camp.
Evensen also says he believes that many law enforcement officers will reject using this Gestapo approach on their fellow citizens, and will question the legitimacy of the orders of what looks like a bunch of criminals in federal government who appear to be seeking to retain their grip on power by setting up an apparatus of state terror, all too reminiscent of that if Nazi Germany where the inmates of concentration camps like Buchenwald were killed by injections in the heart.
Law enforcement officers anxious to restore law and order and arrest really dangerous criminals should look no further than at the people sitting in the top echelons of government, he hints.

Note: There are significant numbers of officers at all levels that simply detest the forced training at FEMA centers, the requirements to stop Patriots and others simply because they look dangerous, and are exercising free speech statements on their vehicles. By whose ultimate authority does this take place? By whose ultimate judgment is it that it is necessary to harass INNOCENT drivers and families? The public sees this Gestapo mentality as far more of a danger than any stickers they put on their vehicles? Where are all these faithful enforcers of the law when it comes to confronting the unlawful, unconstitutional, unjustifiable, and unmerciful rotten bunch of usurpers, communists, atheists, deviated, immoral scungebuckets that are walking the halls of Congress, the White House, and the Federal Courts? PLEASE do not pit yourselves (all 650,000 officers at all levels in the US) against a seething and angry populace who outnumber you 5000 to 1. Believe me; you want all of us working with you, not against you.

Hello Jeff -
I am making a plea to everyone who reads this, please, please DO NOT TAKE ANY VACCINE THAT IS PURPORTED TO PREVENT THIS FLU.
Remember 1976 and the so called Swine Flu outbreak that was purported to be a coming pandemic? It only infected recruits at Ft. Dix. Why? Because I believe that the so called Swine Flu virus infected the recruits due to the vaccines they were given. Whether the government developed the Swine Flu 1976 virus and infected the recruits as a means to test the public to see if people would comply with a call to take vaccination against Swine Flu, or the recruits became infected via contaminated vaccine they were given as part of the recruit regimen, that outbreak was as phony as they come. I was one of the people duped into taking a Swine Flu shot and it made me so sick. I was sick in bed for three months after taking the vaccine.
Do not take seasonal flu vaccine if you are told that it could help prevent this brand new Swine Flu variant. It wont do a thing to prevent this flu. What it will do is serve up new genetic material to the Swine Flu virus that I have dubbed Spanish Flu 2, the Sequel. The Spanish Flu variant will use the gene sequences in the vaccine in humans to develop more of the changes that make the virus more readily infect humans. We do not want to give this virus more human genetic material so that it will infect humans more readily person to person. This is what vaccinated individuals do for pandemic strains.
There is also a safety issue in any experimental vaccine, much like the one in 1976. Some people even feel that such a vaccine for pandemic strain might require more than one vaccination which could actually be a binary set up. The first shot might just add some genetic code that stays dormant in the body until one gets the second vaccine shot which then serves to only cause infection. It could trigger Guillain-barre syndrome, Typhus or some other condition.
An Influenza vaccine does not protect or prevent a person from contracting flu. It is purported to, maybe, prevent some complications of flu and maybe shorten duration. I am not even sure it does that. Personally, I feel the vaccine weakens our immune system and also sickens us due to contaminants in the vaccine. I feel that people can better protect themselves by washing hands often and thoroughly. People should also use protective gloves when out and about during epidemics. Dont be afraid of looking odd. I would not be ashamed to use a mask and gloves. I see that the Mexicans are using them.
A big problem during a pandemic is that these simple supplies will become extremely scarce awfully quickly. Stock up now. Medical supplies. personal hygene supplies and dont forget fido, or any other pet. Once a pandemic hits, it will be too late to stock up. Water, too.
We may lose clean water and electric power, so be prepared.
So, please, people, DONT TAKE ANY VACCINES OFFERED. THEY COULD KILL YOU BEFORE ANY VIRUS KILLS YOU.
