If tomorrow starts without me look to the sky
I was with you by and by
And words can not describe what you want to say
I was standing with you at the worse of times
And as the wind blows you can hear those chimes
Singing in the Fall morning
As they chime you are mourning for me
If tomorrow starts without me look to the stars
And remember those Summer days were counted cars as they drove by
And how we danced in that day as the sunlight shone down in the day
And how we counted ligtning bugs as we camped out in my back yard
If tomorrow starts without me look to the sun
And just remember oh how Winter's were fun
How we built snowmen taller then us
And how our moms made such a fuss
When we used the good kitched pot for the snowmans hat
And how we used our dads cermaic cat
As the snowmans pet cat
After it fell off the front porch and broke into many peices
If tomorrow starts witout me look into the grass
And remember the Spring days when we rolled in the grass down hills
When we stained out pants and went running out in fields
Running, just running through the sprinklers
Free and running birds and not coming in until our parents called
And how we fell asleep to birds chirping in the night
Their happy, happy song
If tomorrow starts without me look into the sky
And always remember how the time passed by
And know one special day
Tomorrow will come and it will be time for you to go
Then we will come together again
Always remember me
If tomorrow starts without me.
