I guess that depends on whether you're throwing away your spouse in selfishness and never repent.
if you get tired of her and you marry another woman, do you live in sin fornication forever?

Well, considering the tens of millions of Christians who are divorced and remarried, if true, then an untold number of Christians are in deep trouble. However, there could be any number of reasons why God might look with mercy upon divorce and remarriage.

I sure wouldn't test it.

If we know what Christ and the Apostles have said on this matter, we're obligated to obey them. Refusing to and presuming God's forgiveness when we do what we know, on some level, is wrong, is unwise, and unsafe.

He certainly seemed to, even under the OT Law ...

Matthew 19:8 Jesus replied, “It was because of your hardness of heart that Moses permitted you to divorce your wives; but it was not this way from the beginning.

Yes, that would be the law. You are dead from sin until God forgives you, if he so chooses to.

Matthew 19:9

"And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery; and whoever marries her who is divorced commits adultery.”

God can forgive anything and everything. I am thankful for that.

God said there was one type of thing that would never be forgiven but divorce isn't it.

The answer is 'NO.'

We are saved through faith in Jersus's death and resurrection.
Those who donot believe in Jesus will be judged and punished by being exilled from God, in the Godless pit called hell.

Ones marital state has nothing todo with whether one goes to heaven or to hell.

(ones marriage might seem like it)

Song playing now "John Elefante...This Is What Love is".

The answer is no. The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin. That sin is not knowing Christ. If we fall....we repent.. we do a 180.. not a 360 :) and we know He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleans us from all unrighteousnes. We need to live in the moment He gave us..not in tomorrow of which we were never promised. To prepare is wise.. what are we doing for Him NOW. Not yesterday.. its gone. So forgive your self get up dust off.. and keep going.. shared more sorry..

short is NO

No, you go to hell for rejecting Jesus. You don't go to heaven because you are so good, or do charitable things or because you never divorced. You go to heaven because of the blood that Jesus shed for you and by accepting that your sins are covered.
Ephians 2:9 not by works, so that no one can boast.
This however is not a licence to sin.
Romans 6;15 What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not!

I never read anything about divorced people not being allowed to remarry. Is such a law in Scripture?
Scripture says
matthew5:32 NKJV
But I say to you that whoever divorces his wife for any reason except sexual immorality causes her to commit adultery; and whoever marries a woman who is divorced commits adultery.
NLT
But I say that a man who divorces his wife, unless she has been unfaithful, causes her to commit adultery. And anyone who marries a divorced woman also commits adultery.

My interpretation and I am sure some will disagree is that 'unfaithfulness' is wider than just cheating. I also believe abuse is a form of unfaithfulness towards the marriage vows of love, comfort, honour and cherish.
the Bible verse is directed towards men probably because only they could obtain a divorce at that time but I am sure it pertains to women as well.

Getting a divorce will not be grounds for going to hell.

It is allowable if the spouse is unfaithful to you. Or allowable if the spouse is abusive to you.

God hates divorce but He doesn't hate people. In the old testament God's relationship with Israel is compared as a marriage.
When Israel was unfaithful God wanted a divorce.

Do you mean if their second marriage ends up like their first marriage?

All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. (Matthew12:31)

"Blasphemy (988 /blasphēmía) "switches" right for wrong (wrong for right), i.e. calls what God disapproves, "right" which "exchanges the truth of God for a lie" (Ro 1:25). See 987 (blasphēmeō)."

Strong's Greek: 988. βλασφημία (blasphémia) -- slander

Even if the woman never had a previous marriage?
