My opinion >
Everything Paul in the video is saying the devil will do is a byproduct. In order to have all that, you have to have people who don't know how to love. They are not being satisfied by Jesus in His "rest for your souls" (Matthew 11:28-30). And so, it is easy for them in their desperation to go after different ways of pleasure, trying to feel something nicer than their sin deep-down inside of them making them miserable plus weak enough to give in to various cruel and dominating feelings and emotions.
In Isaiah 14:12 the devil is called >
"You who weakened the nations!"
They are weak by simply not being in the strength of God's love. So, how does Satan produce people who are weak?
Arguing and complaining, at home. This keeps parents and children from finding out how to love.
Unforgiveness > this keeps people from becoming strong in God's generously forgiving love. Plus, in selfish love we do not have God's creativity for how to relate with one another and how to love any person, at all. And, instead, a person is deeply weak so he or she can keep giving in to various post-traumatic suffering and drives for pleasure used to try to feel something nicer than one's deep misery.
And the desperation for pleasure brings various preferences for how to get pleasure. The "preferences" we see now are not really sexual, because they are not reproductive, but simply different ways of getting the pleasure which is a selfish people's treasure.
So, I would say that Paul is talking about symptoms; but people's basic sin sickness is their own selfish love and ways of selfish loving.
And there is beauty discrimination. God is no respecter of persons; but many people favor females who are more cute and attractive. Ones say men are not as vain as women, but men can be extremely vain about outward looks of women. And a reason why women can be vain about what they look like is because they hope to please men who are so vain about what they look like!! And this comes from being deeply weak in what is not God's love. And in the weakness ones can be driven by fear and insecurity and drives for sexual pleasure which are not really reproductive drives but mainly for gratifying one's own self: ones are intimate with their own feelings and not truly with one another. And children of such a relationship can be clueless about what love really is.
And so we get all we see now. Many young people have seen how church culture Sunday-only parents are not doing well, at home. So, they decide the church thing does not work. And that leaves them with their peers, trying to get affection and acceptance, without maturing in God's way of loving, and the character of Jesus making them strong to hold up against this evil world's stuff and dominating and cruel emotions and feelings that drive people to pleasure and seeking control so they can have their pleasure.
"'Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.'" (Matthew 11:29)
