I'd be the neighbor that hosts get-togethers and parties, throw summer BBQs, swimming parties, have bonfires in the backyard. I'd have all the crazy synchronized Christmas lights and spookiest Halloween decorations. Lots of fun!

I'd show up at the bonfire & BBQ with hotdogs.

I'm the neighbour who services their car on the driveway at home, instead of taking it to a vehicle service centre like any normal person would.

I'd be that one strange eccentric neighbor that you'd probably start avoiding after seeing them outside at random and strange hours of the day or night talking to flowers, cats, spiders and toads or other critters, or at other times seemingly laughing hysterically for no conceivable reason, or muttering unintelligible gibberish under her breath as she stares a long time at a tree or other random things. Smiling too much as you walk by, or scribbling crazily on a paper, or wild eyedly looking through an old book on the porch, with witch-looking frizzy long hair.
I have been described as maniacal before.

I like people who are slightly eccentric, unconventional, and a bit maniacal. They make life more interesting.

I'd be the neighbor who always watches movies too loud with the surround sound, but always invites everyone to watch the movie and enjoy homemade snacks as if that justifies the noise.

I'd be that neighbor who is rarely home and his lawn often needs mowed. But I'd like to make friends and have company.

I kind of like overgrown lawns...I like grass that looks most natural and wild, so I wouldn't mind at all.

I would probably be the neighbor who is quiet for the most part but who you occasionally go to drink coffee with and talk about life with or watch stupid movies and laugh with.

I'd be the neighbor who wants to be kind and help her fellow neighbors but is also very shy and quiet, as well as artistic.

You would make a lovely neighbor! I'm a bit shy too, so that's okay!!

I’d be inside and only come out when it rains, or when no one else is outside.
90% of the time I wouldn’t answer the phone or door bell.
If I did happen to be spotted i would smile and wave and greet neighbors then go back inside.
Occasionally, I’d host a small party where we could play games and board games and eat food.

Haha, you'd be like a rare little water sprite/fairy that only can be sighted during a rainstorm.

I used to play minecraft all the time with my cousins and we'd build towns and visit each other there, so even though we were far apart in real life we still got to hang out there, although my computer doesn't do too well with server games anymore unfortunately.

That's alright! It saves money, plus you know exactly what you put in your vehicle or such!! My family often does our own vehicles too with the basic stuff.

I'd probably ask if we could just dance around the kitchen to some good old music while I fry some pancakes instead. I'm not really a morning jogger, and although I am capable of waking up fairly easily and can function just fine at early hours of the morning, I do take some time to warm up and usually only jog in the evenings or late at nighttime...if I do at all.

Jogging? At 6am?!!!! You have to be joking. 6am is time for drinking a large mug of tea and listening to the morning chorus (or my dog snoring, which is usually louder!) I think I want a house at the opposite end of the street from @CodyFaith ! But I'll come and cheer you on when you run a marathon (as long as it's not at 6am)

You've both got it wrong. 6am is when you should still be in bed.

As for me, I'd be a neighbour who'd keep to himself most of the time. Unless you express an interest in board games, in which case I'd be trying to get you to come over and play as much as possible.
