thats true but that wont resolve the problem and make it go away

Father, I would pray that those suffering from sleep paralysis would learn a little about what it is, that it usually doesn't last more that a few minutes, and that instead of being afraid of it, one can relax, and apply Philippians 4:6-7 and experience perfect peace through it in Your power and presence. People usually react to it in fear, and just like other fears, it can be overcome by turning to trust in You. May You set people free from the fear of SP. Amen.
