Identity research

Dear All,

I know that identity now is quite forgotten issue, but as far as I'm concerned it is important. Identifying with young adult puts me into that forum (forum of young adults), identifying with lot of people, things, ideas also puts us somewhere...

Few words about me I'm a psychologist from Poland, interested in identity, trying to get on PhD studies. I started similar thread on Exploring Christianity, but I think here is it's place. Below you will find link to the identity scale:

Questionnaire is anonymous and all results will be used only for scientific and research purposes. Time of the survey is 7-25 minutes about.
If there will be lot of people from the christianforums.com I will be happy to put results from the research here.

had a look, sorry i stopped half way.

perhaps you can go back and rephrase some of the questions,
like the 'who i am'. I did my whole response in the first box, but then proceded to tell me the other boxes were required.

Maybe you can indicate something like 'one word only per box', other wise people will just lose patience and close the box.

Thank you, obviously it should be "Who I am", I've changed it.
Honestly you are the first person who pay attention on that - also thank you. But it could be a sentence for box, or a word, depends how much we want to write.
You can finish it using f.e. 1 - in boxes which are not necessary for your way of filling it up. At the end I will consider only completed boxes so don't worry.
