ideas for debates

hi guys,

i have set up a youth forum just for the young people in my church to go on as a safe online environment.

i am currently trying to find topics for debates, does anyone have any ideas of topics that will get them thinking but not to controversial????

music, movies, tv, The "V" chip, which show should we be watching? censorship in general, how old before the restrictions should come off, Dating, (In the church and outside the church) relationships, "School" friends, friends of "other" faith, driving, cars, maintinance,
What does church mean to them "does it apply in the real world," Parents, Family, What should we do with "Grandma" when she needs full time help,
Is it better to live and a really nice place where both parents work or an ok place where one works, what about an ok place where both work and a not so ok place where one works..
is it better for a tight parental reign over the house hold, or a come and go as you please... why?

how important is a good education... why.. is it because my parents say so? do you really need collage? if so how much do I need so you don't become a server with a degree.. what should you study, how do that traslate to real jobs..

what kinda of collage? Christian or worldly??? will this hurt my chance for a good job in the future.

how do you mantain your faith once you leave?

I suggest you do topics on the Bible, like 'Are there any mistakes in the Bible?' or 'What is the most important part of being a Christian?' or 'What is the best way to share God's message?'

Do we have destinies? I have my own opinion on this, but for the sake of debate, I've heard of heated discussions that say that we all have a destiny, whether it's Heaven or hell, surprisingly many youth get really into this one though the answer I would think is obvious. But yeah, that's my idea for a good topic.
