Seems cool! I just thought though, what if there were multiple chat threads? It says only use English and only light discussion. Users with panic/anxiety attacks could use live responses but more serious than light discussion (although I'm not sure where you draw the line as light).

Unfortunately, this isn't a counseling site -- and I understand the idea to have more than one chat area. However, it would open the door to potentially too many issues -- that's why we want to keep the chat area light.
