Im Gonna Be God
The second commandment states, You shall have no other gods before me! That is great in an ideal world, but God has a problem. His enemy and mans enemy had other god ideas. Look at this:
Isaiah 14:12. How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! 13. For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: 14. I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
Ezekiel 28:2. Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord God; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God: 3. Behold, thou art wiser than Daniel; there is no secret that they can hide from thee: 4. With thy wisdom and with thine understanding thou hast gotten thee riches, and hast gotten gold and silver into thy treasures: 5. By thy great wisdom and by thy traffick hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted up because of thy riches: 6. Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of God; 15. Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. 16. By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
2 Thessalonians 2:3. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4. Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
2 Corinthians 11:13. For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. 14. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 15. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
Revelation 13:4. And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? 5. And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. 6. And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. 7. And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
We have a problem folks! Devils have been ALLOWED to do their thing. They have sat in the temple of God and persuaded men that they are God! God even gave them a mouth so they could boast great things and the whole world heard their voice. But now devils have a major problem. One must be careful of what he wishes for because he might get it. There is more to God than being all-wise, a great power, ruler, authority, and receiver of worship from men! There is a caveat to God which Moses understood and here it is:
Deuteronomy 4:24. For the Lord thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.
Devils have enjoyed the results of pretending to be God and they continue to to do so. They also imitate Jesus and have convinced men that their touching men is the hand of the Holy Spirit. They haven given men dreams and appeared in them as angels of light. How ever they are called the powers of darkness for a reason. There is no real light in them. Angels are ministering spirits and they also are flames of fire.
Hebrews 1:7. And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.
Now that devils have made these moves out of great lust and desire and God let them do it, they must also receive the other side of being God. The fire part is come! It will enlighten their darkness for sure. It is also a consuming fire! There are scriptures that state clearly the end result of firing on the Kingdom of Darkness! I am betting on the fire! It will consume them!
Ezekiel 28:17. Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee. 18. Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee. 19. All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.
Revelation 19:20. And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
Revelation 20:14. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
One must be careful of what he wishes for, because he just might get it. Devils did not apply this axiom at the beginning. They have played God, and now God will let them experience the fire! I am betting on the fire! It will consume them!
