I was hired!!!

I haven't had a job since January 2007, and was even told that I would never work again or "possibility for low level training in the future" by my doctor. I have Asperger's Syndrome, and found out 3 years ago.

I was just hired to be a part-time cashier at The Home Depot!

Thanks so much. I am really excited, my job orientation starts tomorrow. I'm kind of worried because I need 15 days off starting October 29 but I hope they're okay with it.

August 13 was my orientation, a month today. Everything is going well. I like being a cashier, and today I worked as a greeter and loved it.
