I want to request something...

I want everyone in here to put out a Nativity all year round in a special place of honor where they will see the Nativity daily.

I would like to also see at the end of the year how you felt when you saw it. A final essay.

Can we have folks do this?

It would not offend anyone, would it?

I have a Nativity I leave out. Its on my make shift altar.
Right in the center surrounded by angels.

I see it everyday...

SO who will try this??

And then who will give me a monthly update on their feelings about it??

K, sure, I can do this for you.
Give me a day or two, I wouldnt
want to be impetuous and rush
into anything.

Don't have a Nativity set because the Orthodox don't use statues. We'll have our Nativity icon up.

More importantly though, you should have a cross up so that you are also reminded of the sufferings Christ endured for our sins.

a nativity scene on display since it's December.

We don't really have anything like that. Closest thing is two framed pictures that have the Lord's prayer and the 23rd psalm ...

It's like, when you noticed the statues, did it ever make you want to pray to Jesus. Ya know to tell Him that you love Him.

yep. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and if you have a nice nativity, it is like reading that part of the bible! It should lead you to Jesus!
