I want to be a Christian but I can't. I would like to believe in god but the thing is I just can't due to certain questions I have in mind. Like the redsea parting, the ark and a few more. I don't know maybe it's because I'm scared of death that I'd like to believe in god. If it matters I was sort of a Christian years ago and well kind of just lost complete faith for reasons.

Never mind the red sea.that is just an excuse.
if you pray to overcome your sins that is what will make you a Christian .
You may think you ever were a Christian you were lying to yourself.
Many so called christians who study scripture thinking they are christians are also lying to themselves.

I. already told you. All you need to do is pray to overcome your sinful nature and when God removes them, then you will be a christian. NOT BEFORE.

You can be a good person without God but that does not mean you are not a sinner. If you do not believe that you are sinner you won't see much in Jesus' sacrifice.
To be a Christian means that at some level you must accept that you are a sinner an acknowledge that Jesus sacrificed himself to take the burden of sin from you.
That's why he is a Christian's saviour.

According to Christianity one is born a sinner: it is intrinsic to being human.
This is why Jesus made his sacrifice. If we were not intrinsically sinners Jesus would not have needed to die on the cross.
