Hi everyone. My name is Lexi. i use to be a cutter. i started when i was 14, because i was raped and confused. so i did the one thing that gave me control. i cut myself. my mom finally noticed and took me to a doctor. well.. they labeled me and put me on medicine. it didnt help me, it actuall made me worse. the only thing that really helped me was my counselor. talking to pple really does help. it lets u know that u are not the only one going thru this. Also, u can never get better without God's help. he created u with a special purpose. If u want to talk to me, im here.

great that you've found self help and keep that going. firmly,if a counselor can help someone then more power to them.sad for what you've been through though.

Thank you. I bet you im alot older than alot of people here...pretty much I just signed up to reply here. You are really an ispiration. I have someone really close to me who battles with self harm (cutting). She is a Christian, and she is full on for God, but she battles with this. She loves the Lord, but its not always easy dealing with an addiction. Thanks for your inspiration that is not imposible to get passed this.
