I have respect for both Sandra Bullock and Dolly Parton. But this story might change my oppinion.

Why does a female police detective need to kiss a woman?
This is a tough police detective we remember from the first movie.

Sounds like they may have overdone the kiss, but why would that really deter you from seeing the movie? Of the hundreds of reasons not to see this movie, why pick that one?

If you've ever seen any interviews with Dolly Parton and have even a little bit of a feel for her sense of humor, then I think it's probably nothing too much to worry about. She's a really funny woman and has a way of trying to lighten uncomfortable situation with jokes and wisecracks. Anyway, I'm not too worried about it, but I don't think I'll be rushing out to see it in the theaters either...but my reasoning has nothing to do with the kiss.
