Long time since ive been in these habits, nearly a year, but before i've realised it im neck deep in restircting again, and for the third time in a week ive wanted to purge. I'm determined not to go back down that way, but as for the restrciting i keep telling myself that once i reach my goal thats it, ill change my habits. I think i know in my heart it aint gonna happen.
gah >_< what have i done. i dont even no for sure why im doing this again >_< feeling really alone, why have i relapsed, am i that weak?

You're not weak, sis. It's just really, really hard to conquer these habits after "obeying" them so long. And it's good that you realise that you're falling back into these old habits. Can you talk to anyone? counselor, youth pastor?

hunni, u aren't weak, u have been thruogh soo much, and to have done soo well for soo long is amasing! to be able to stand there and say, so I'm slipping back, that takes a lot of strength to do, to admit it. I'm praying for you, and remember God is soo proud of you for being soo strong and for admitting the problem still lies there, and for saying that you are falling back into it, and for doing soo well!

Thnx guys. Im still slipping back but im trying, the only people i can talk to are a few mates, but even they dont really understand. My counsellor left a few months ago, and me and my youth pastor wouldnt see eye to eye about anything like this. It just feels like im slipping back and no one understands, and i just feel i coulda not slipped...if that makes sense
