Not so much the election, as the fever that comes about it for some people. Online and IRL. It's like rabies.

Worse really, people usually know when they have rabies and deal with their problem.

Romney and Obama are so similar they have to exaggerate the small differences that actually do exist. Take foreign policy for example. In the last debate Romney was in the tough position of having to find ways to attack Obama while at the same time expressing agreement with most of his action. When this happens they have to move on to nonsense like attacking the other guy for saying "binders full of women" or "you didn't build this." It's painful to watch this nonsense go on and on and on.

The ads are just ridiculous. If (big if) what the ads were saying were actually true, every single politician running for office right now is pure evil. And we know that isn't true! They're all human beings. I do enjoy watching election coverage on election night. I do look forward to that. But I'm anticipating all of the phone calls I'm going to get this weekend to GOTV.

I wish I had 10¢ on the dollar for what each candidate is spending on trying to get elected, I can tell you that. I'd buy myself a little island---Hawaii, maybe---and retire to a hammock in the shade.

I'm going to bed early.

Me, too. I'm in the middle of a superb history of the fall of Saigon, and it's hard for me to put it down. :) I'll head upstairs early and read myself to sleep.

What channel is everyone planning to watch on election night? I'm torn between CNN and ABC.

I had you figured for a FoxRepublicanNews devotee.

I'll probably surf, but go with PBS for the most part. Once the race is called for Obama, I have to switch to FoxRepublicanNews to watch the whinefest.:preach:

My biggest delimma will be Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough vs Chocolate Chip. Maybe I should start a poll.

No way. I'm leaning toward CNN at the moment.
