Okay, David, do this....in the upper right hand corner click on your screen name.

You will see some options appear. Select the gadget icon. It will look like this... in the screen shot I took.... in that list click on "Account details".

....and your Accout details will appear. Then down below in the second screenshot that I took of my own account details as an example - in the custom title area, type in your information.

On your screen to the right you will see something like this...

See where it says "custom title" - type your information in there. And then "save"
