I have been baptised but I was told that just makes me futher along with my walk in God. Baptism is not something you do until you are positive you have been saved. You do not have to really be baptised to make it in to the Kingdom of God but rather saved and walking the right road and being a good christian. The other thing is for getting to church have you tried talking to any friends? Maybe some of them go to church.

I'm praying for you and hoping that you can figure things out.
