  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Lady Grey should always be straight up. It's already naturally sweet enough. Same with most fruit teas. Anything with mint shouldn't be sweetened, either.

Green tea...usually straight, but sometimes with a little sugar.

Earl Grey...2 lumps, minimum.

I love tea too :) I can't drink coffee because it makes me really really sick. But I have tea every morning at work, and sometimes at night when I come home, especially in the winter. Tea is good for you- lots of antioxidants- and I like getting sweet-flavored ones, like vanilla, and mixed with a teeny bit of honey, it's like dessert with almost no calories.

I'd also like to mention that singers tend to drink a lot of tea- it keeps your vocal chords warm and your throat lubricated. I used to be a singer, so that's how I got into drinking tea. And since many kinds of tea do not have caffeine in them (herbal tea, esp), they will not dry you out. Caffeine is a diuretic, and that's bad for your voice. Most singers are taught to avoid coffee and soda.
