When I was a kid, there was a radio DJ in our town names Tommy Charles (of the duo of TC and John Ed). He had a Delorean and, in a locally infamous incident, he got stuck in his car when the electrical system malfunctioned. This was before cell phones, so he was actually in the car for several hours before somebody came and rescued him.

That kind of soured me on Deloreans, although the story behind them is pretty funny.

I did send them a message but now I'm wondering since it's in the Fitzgerald lot if someone did place it there to get attention and it already
