I remember when the world for me began to fade and joy took on a new meaning

How sad. I understand what you're saying though. I feel that way every time I go shopping. So many are rude and selfish. We all need to walk more in the love of God.

I just smile anyway. Their behavior is evidence of their need for the Lord, for love, for rest. Most people are terribly stressed, and many are ladled with sickness and disease. They need the joy only Jesus can bring. I want to be one to shine my light.

I remember when I taught VBS for the first time, and was SO nervous!
