CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Veritas, thank you for sharing your testimony. I'm sorry for all of the horror you have had to endure. Jesus loves you and has preserved you to this point. He forgives you and wants to clasp His hand around yours. I'll be praying for you 
. In the meantime, try to find a church. There are a lot of people out there who will understand your situation and show you love in your time of need. God be with you.

Praying that some beautiful believers wrap their arms around you and adopt you. Taking you into their inner circle and helping you to learn to live a new life in Him. Praying that you wrap the old life in a box and take it out to the burn pile and sacrifice it so that you may live your new life without any of the old life coming back to haunt you. Praying that the Lord lays His hands upon you and heals you of the emtional and physcial wounds. Praying that He will also lift you up onto your feet, so that you will no longer go back to the pig pen of life. You are a child of God, infact, you are a princess in His Kingdom. It is time for you to start acting like it. God bless you and keep you until His return...

In Him we can have victory over the past. If you have truly repented do not let any person (even yourself) lie to you and condemn you for something that God has already forgiven and forgotten.

If you have confessed that Jesus is Lord you are saved. If you have confessed your sin to Him and have repented then you are clean. You do not have to wonder, hope, and pray that it is true, you can know that it is true.
Jesus came to seek and save the lost. He did not come and die and rise again for those who were already His. He came for imperfect people like us, but once we are in Him He will work to make us perfect.

Greetings Deenaveritas, Your testimony is so close to my heart as I have been down the same path, drugs, sex, and much more. In my addiction and afflictions I cried out to God in much the same way that you have shared. Praise God he hears our prayers, my heart was broken and my spirit was low. Through the knowledge of the cross and by the power of the Holy Spirit I have been set free, not only from addiction but also from the power of sin in my life. Know this that God is no respector of persons and what he has done for this man He will do for you. For His Son Jesus died for all of our sin and has broken the power of sin in our lives when we trust in his work at calvary. May his love overwhelm you and cause you to fall in love with Jesus.

God bless you veritas,im glad that you accepted jesus as your savior,satan will aways bombard our minds with negative thoughts but he is a lier and a deceiver,read his word daily and he will reaveal his love and nature to you.

Dear Denna - Sounds like sin has taken a large toll on you life. You need the Blood girl. Get yourself to a Church, step into the Confessional and let God have all those sins. He'll wash your poor soul cleaner than the day you were born! Keeping that way will be up to you. Sounds to me like you've got a good handle on what needs mending in your ways to me and have a good start. Talking about things on a website can help, but it ain't the real thing. I'll pray for you. Hope. It comes with the Blood.
