I need to find some Bible verses, but I'm not sure where to look for them at, so I figured I might just ask. :) I was wondering if anyone could give me some verses that talk about how God creates everyone unique and special. If anyone knows where I can find some, that'd be great. Thanks so much for your help!

Are you talking about humans or creation in general?

Genesis 1

26 Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, [2] and over all the creatures that move along the ground."

27 So God created man in his own image,
in the image of God he created him;
male and female he created them.

I would say that's pretty special and unique.

Psalm 139: 1-16 comes to mind (esp. v. 16). There is also Matthew 10:30. I'll get back to you if I can remember more.

Whereever we are put by God, we are to let our "light" thru Christ shine for others to see. Some are made missionaries, ministers, regular workers, government, and even jail(where Paul converted many while in a roman prison). The best way to find answers though, is by reading the Bible itself while asking God in prayer to help you understanding His words in it, and believe me, it will come alive for you as you read it!
Here are few if your interested:
Isaiah 45:9 " Woe to him who strives with his Maker! [Let] the potsherd [strive] with the potsherds of the earth! Shall the clay say to him who forms it, 'What are you making?' Or shall your handiwork [say,] 'He has no hands'?

Romans 9:19-21 One of you will say to me: "Then why does God still blame us? For who resists his will?" 20 But who are you, O man, to talk back to God? "Shall what is formed say to him who formed it, "Why did you make me like this?'" 21 Does not the potter have the right to make out of the same lump of clay some pottery for noble purposes and some for common use? (NIV)

Romans 9:14-18 What then shall we say? Is God unjust? Not at all! 15 For he says to Moses, "I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion." 16 It does not, therefore, depend on man's desire or effort, but on God's mercy. 17 For the Scripture says to Pharaoh: "I raised you up for this very purpose, that I might display my power in you and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth." 18 Therefore God has mercy on whom he wants to have mercy, and he hardens whom he wants to harden. (NIV)

1 Corinthians 12:27-31 Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. 28 And in the church God has appointed first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then workers of miracles, also those having gifts of healing, those able to help others, those with gifts of administration, and those speaking in different kinds of tongues. 29 Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles? 30 Do all have gifts of healing? Do all speak in tongues? Do all interpret? 31 But eagerly desire the greater gifts. (NIV)

2 Timothy 2:20-21In a large house there are articles not only of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay; some are for noble purposes and some for ignoble. 21 If a man cleanses himself from the latter, he will be an instrument for noble purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work.
