its really hard for me to say, but God is telling me to ask you guys for help. Im having troubles controlling my desires for lust. I think its a problem for all guys but i really need help. I just cant controll it after 5-7 days. i noe it sounds dumb and all but pls pray for me. God bless all of you

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The strength to ask for prayer came from our Father in heaven and now so will the strength to fight these urges. God bless you my friend you are a normal growing boy who needs God to guide you. He will as you continue to trust in Him.

It doesn't sound dumb to ask for help for this brother. As men most of us go through the desires of the flesh. I fight with lust everyday of my life and I'm quite a bit older than you so this is not something that is going to end anytime soon. You just have to stay in the Word and prayer. The closer you stay to the Lord the easier it becomes to defeat lust. Also a good book to read is "Every young man's battle" Gives you alot helpful suggestions and such. You will make it brother. Stay strong and God Bless. I'm praying
