I need help!

Hi, my name is Samantha and I am new here so I'm not sure exactly how things work but I joined this forum hoping to get some help. I have been cutting myself for almost 6 years and I've had an eating disorder (anorexic with bulimic tendencies) for about 5. Two months ago I attempted suicide and ended up in the hospital, the psych ward, the whole deal.. I have ran away twice in the past two months. I am falling apart, not to mention the porn addiction that no one knows about. Please, someone take some time and talk to me. Well, I hope someone responds to this.. I am desperately in need! Thanks.

Hi Samantha

Sorry to hear you have been in so much pain! It sounds like you have been through a lot and I can understand a lot of the pain: cutting, attempting suicide, and depression.

Have you seen a counselor? Has it been helpful?

You need all the support and love that you can receive. Remember to have a little compassion on yourself...you deserve it. You are so special and God has a wonderful plan for you, my friend! You are very loved and wanted by the Creator of the Universe!

Here is my favorite verse that I thought of during many dark times:

18"I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. " Romans 8:18

Oh sweetie, I am so sorry that things are this difficult!
I have been there, and it's a very bleak place. But you are loved and precious to God, sweetie, and there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
I don't know what has lead to this.. but usually all the things you talk about stem from some past trauma... and to really recover we need to deal with the cause.
Do you have people you can talk to, a counsellor or pastor?
