I need some feedback on this thansk guys and girls

Do yo think i'm crazy for waiting seven years for my ex Rachel. i don't think i am, but that just me. it shows to her mom that i am comminted to her. here's the reason why. Gensis 29:20 And Jacob served seven years for Rachel; and they seemed unto him but a few days, for the love he had to her.

well some back story. why we are apart is b/c 1)I made with two girls before my trip to see her, and her mom doesn't think i'm commited to her and 2) we took it too fast when i got there and saw her. her current still single. i was dating a girl, but i figured out that God wants me to wait for Rachel also, Rachel never wanted to break up she did cuz her mom and aunt said she should.

Could you tell us a little more about the situation? Why is she your ex? What is her current status? Are you doing anything other then just waiting?

Dear brother in Christ,

There is no "magic" about waiting seven years. You need to get the mind of the Lord in this matter. God is not a tease and He does not play games.

If Rachel was interested, you would have known long ago. Please stop holding onto this fantasy and get serious about what God has called you to. I have no doubt that as you submit yourself fully to God and fulfill your highest call in the Lord, He will bless you in all areas of your life.

It is difficult to be so blunt, but it seems you've been deluded about this for awhile and need a wakeup call. Or you could keep on worshipping this "Rachel idol" and let even more years of your life slip away...

You asked a good question. The answer is a hard one, but it will be best for you to move on...

Well Like I said to you before dude, a kiss is a kiss and I don't think it should be the end of the world. And as far as showing her mom that you're committed, I don't think that should matter. If anything it should be Rachel seeing your committment. After all, it's you 2's relationship not you and everyone else, so IMO the only proving you need to do is to her.
