I need help! I don't know how to stop masturbating

Hey guys! I have a really hard time and I don't know what to do. I just found this forum and decided to enter it. My life had changed dramatically when i went to a Christian retirement with my church.
I used to be a porn addict but when I got there i knew God had set me free. the thing is masturbating attacked a while ago 2 months later and I'm worried because I can handle 3 days without doing it but i want to be set free. MY heart hurts knowing that i hurt God and myself.
I hate sin because I love God and I know when I touch I get away from him!
Please help me with my lust problem!!

Hey man I have the same fight for freedom... It's hard because whenever you do it you feel so guilty like you can't go near God or approach him for a good while until the shame has passed. It's mental torture. I've been fighting this for 16yrs now since I was 13.

Have you considered accountability apps or software on your phone/PC?

I've been thinking of that recently...

Actually I have I just installed k9 web protection on my pc and it works great the problem is my phone!! I've tried it all and never works

It's relieving knowing I'm not alone on this! I've read that 50% of male christians struggle with this

Yea I'm the same, K9 works 100% great on my PC its so good! But I need something for my phone as well man...

Have you tried Ever Accountable App? If you go onto a website that's not good, it will send an alert to your accountability partner so they can help you out and work through it.

I'm going to install it if you fancy being partners?
