I am sorry to again disagree, but, spoken words are very powerful. Jesus Said in Mathew, that we only speak blessings or curses. There is Power in a spoken word. now, just because he/she tried to curse you, means that God can and did intervene. or am I out of line?

Very true. Keep in mind that we serve a God infinitely stronger than the demons of this world. The demons that those people "think" they have dominion over are the very one's that will destroy them in the long run. That should not be considered something to give a christian peace of mind. We (as christians ) are called to pray for those who wish to harm us. As much as it goes against human nature, keep that individual in your prayers. Fear is natural and ,at times, even helpful.
But don't let it consume you. God is always there for us and forever will be. ;D
