Its been about a month since I've been laid off, I still need a job so some prayers would be nice, thanks

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

i realize this may not help you but know that you are not alone. i was laid off 13 months ago and my unemployment insurance ran out around 3 months back. i have been raking yards and picking up cans etc. for some change but I really need a job. i have 3 small children.
i am praying for you brother!! we both will pull through this if we put our complete trust in the Lord. He is using this for something and i can hardly wait for the outcome! both you and i will be better for our experiences!

thanks guys, I have an interview Tuesday. I'm not sure what for, it was just a sales job with the Better Business Buero( I can't spell that). They said they would tell me all about it at the job at the interview. Wish me luck

First interview I didn't get, the second one I was offered. I go to night school at 6:00 though and the job got out at 5:30 and it was over 40 miles away, so I couldn't take it. I didn't have a good feeling about that job any way. Thanks for the prayer keep them coming.
