I listen to music, according to my mood.

There is time for Secular music.
I listen to Hard rock music when happy or angry.
I listen to soft rock when tired or with my wife.
I listen to new Religous music sometimes in any mood.
I like some Country (new stuff)

Most songs can be tied to love or hate so Gods message can be found
in all types of music. Hate is in the bible, it's what you oppose.

Heavy metal favorites:
Highway to HEll: God always offers emergency pull out or an exit. The devil can reroute traffic though.
Hell's Bells: ASK NOT FOR WHOM THE BELL TOLLS, for it ain't tolling for me. But it might be dinging for ye.
Warpigs: less of a religious theme, but shows the devils fury and love of violence.

Chilling - New age, usually Enya will do.

All other times - it's techno for me.

I don't know...I listen to a lot of different music, but almost every one of my moods can be found in an Enya song. That is why she is my favorite artist. She has songs dealing with joy, mystery, sadness, deppresion, happiness, encouragement, hope, and love. The only emotion I can't really find in Enya's music is anger, but she calms me if I'm mad, instead of letting it all out.

I can pretty much listen to anything at any time... although there are times when I do listen to music according to my mood (when I am sad I will listen to sad music)
Or sometimes I will listen to certain types of music or cd's and it will remind me of a certain event or person.

I can most certainly agree with that. It's amazing how music has the power to take us back to a certain situation, event or person. Sometimes the feeling that comes with returning to these memories are so strong, I'm unable to completely finish the song/CD.
