I agree that it is ok to feel jaded but it is something that must be quickly corrected. There is a strong connection between man and God. If you hate man, you hate God -bottom line. It is ok to feel disillusioned but you must understand why and quickly correct it. I see people here assuming that the people you are acquainted with are not very nice but you haven't said anything like that all you've said is that you like cats better. Are the people you come in contact really as bad as these others have assumed? I know many people that prefer animal company to human company because the relationship is less complicated or because they are the dominant one in the relationship or because they are socially awkward or for a number of other reasons. If you wish to change this aspect of yourself first find out which reason applies to you then you will have an idea of why you prefer cats to humans, once you know the reason you may decide you like the fact you prefer cats or you may find you have an insight into your own self motivation and can work to change the situation using your knowledge.
