I just watched a tape with Stephen Lewis and I mean, he told the pure truth. I'm not a SDA but my friends mom and dad are. After hearing the truth about the Sabbath and why it's so important that we remember to keep it holy, I feel obligated to research and go over his material and scriptures myself. He "decoded" Revelation 13 and that was some serious teaching. I took notes on the subject so I'm gonna look in depth, but it' clear as day.

How does one decode The Bible?

Yeah, there're no secretely coded messages in the bible. Bible is a revelation of God's will and characters.

2 Peter 1
19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:
20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

To decode/understand the bible, we have to let the bible interpret itself.

Isaiah 28:13 But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.

One commonly used practice when encountering a difficult word or phrase is to go back to where it was first introduced in the bible.
