I am glad you have found CF but be careful here. There are 'wolves in sheep clothing', and people who have a lot of pride and dish out there advice without being able to discern what your best interest is. There are also many wounded people that will not be able to tell you anything but what they wish to hear for themselves. Even as Christians, there are many emotional and psychological barriers to discerning the voice of God. We do not have enough sound Christian leaders to do much about this problem.

I have gotten to know EvangeliGirl and have never heard her sound a false note. She is very wise and has a great way of expressing what she knows.
She would absolutely be a good person for you to ask and share with. She is someone I trust when I see the the same things she mentions above. She is really well versed spirtually for someone of any age.

I believe that it is ok to take meds if it helps you to cope with things, God gave us doctore for a reason, toh elp us, i am now on meds for anxiety, and I believe that God led me to the doctors because i can't deal with it. now that I am taking them, i am doing better, and besides, god is happy for us when we are happy, he only wants us to be happy, so, why would he be annoyed or upset if you rely on meds if he is the one who gave us doctors and the resources to create meds?

I hope this helped, it was just a quick thought that popped into my head, i have been praying about it for a while for myself anyway.

Update:

Things are still going good. I am trying to stay busy and focused upon God and its working. I pray everyday for help in staying happy and focused. I was surfing around the web this morning and found this quote. I thought I would share it with you all.

I haven't read through this whole thread, but I just wanted to say that I have been on meds for 2 years. When I went on them I was at a very very low point in my life, and I felt the Holy Spirit was leading me to go to the doc and get them.

Personally, I feel that if there is medication out there to make your quality of life better, then by all means take advantage of it. There is no sense for needless suffering.
