The Scriptures do not teach this. It plainly teaches there is a church (God's people) who stays faithful to Him Rev14:12, but sadly just a remnant Rev12:17

Find the church that upholds God's commandments (His version Exo20:6 Deut4:13 Exo31:18) and has the faith of Jesus Rev14:12 which is how Jesus lived and what He taught. That will eliminate at least 99% of the churches. God's oracles (His truth) will never be lost, but sadly just a remanent keeps and believes in and follows.

People don’t ask questions or do any real research to discover that there is no church out there that is the outgrowth of the Pentecost church. How do we really know that we’re in the right denomination and does it really even matter what denomination unless they’re a cult obviously they’re wrong, but how do we know which one to follow, which one to go to or what church?

How do we really know that we're in the right denomination? The Bible answers this question.

Noticeably absent in this declaration is tradition. In fact, Jesus warned against tradition.

If tradition causes you to break the commandments of God, then it is making the commandments of none effect.

If the Bible teaches sound doctrine, then the Bible gives you everything you need to know. I suggest prayerfully reading the Bible, so that you know what the truth is. Only then can you determine what church is Biblical. Note that it isn't so much about personal preference as it is about whether or not a church is upholding the Biblical standard. If it is upholding the Biblical standard, the rest should already be in place.

The internet is a great way to find out about the various denominations. Most church websites state their beliefs. Test them with scripture. Quite a few churches live stream their worship services on YouTube. Watch before attending.

The Pentecost church was scattered to the four winds and I am one of the scattered. At the second advent Christ will gather what was scattered. “Christian“ is a label that most recognize but others are; sons of GOD, the saints, the called and chosen, the elect of GOD . GOD dwells in HIS people and they in HIM, not in temples made with hands. They are taught by GOD through the mediator Jesus Christ and have no need that any man should teach them. The anointing of the spirit is their teacher. They believe and speak the same things, there is no division. They are empowered by “agape“, GODS love to truly love GOD and neighbor. They do this not by command but by nature, the divine nature they partake of. They are one with GOD and Christ who have made their home with them. These scattered are for all intents and purposes invisible to the world that is under the sway of the wicked one. They fellowship with two or three of their brothers and sisters who are of like mind. They live peacefully and quietly as ambassadors of the kingdom on Earth and do not touch unclean things that are highly esteemed by men. No one can of themselves choose this church, GOD chooses them. I am not a solitary “Christian“ , there are others , but most of them I do not know, only those I directly fellowship with. I know this seems very strange to you and that you don’t believe it but I have answered your question.

Go to GOD in prayer and confess to HIM your fear and ignorance of HIS way and truth. Ask GOD to have mercy on you and for HIM to teach you HIS ways. Psalm 25:8-9 James 1:5 James 4:10 No man can do this for you. Jesus gave his life so that you can have a connection to GOD, use it, forget men and their churches. Men can lie to you but GOD will not. Work out your own salvation in fear and trembling. No man can do this for you either. I did this 30 years ago and have no regrets.
