I have a question about going to church?

As far as I am aware anyone of any age can attend worship services. Now, due to today's current anxiety that people have about children being out on their own, some might feel that a child needs parental supervision at some of the very younger ages, but I don't think that 15 qualifies as such an age. A great minister friend of mine used to operate a bus ministry that would go through neighborhoods and just pick up young children whose parents weren't much interested in going. Sadly, today's anxieties of the 'who's out there' mentality probably wouldn't allow such a ministry to operate.

Insurance coverage now trumps the need for many fellowships to just go out and do that which ought to be done. Many parents live in mortal fear that their children will go missing or be sexually abused or fall to prey to some other nefarious work. Then you have those who support and encourage such fears.

However, if you have a friend who will take you or live within walking distance of a fellowship, I encourage you to go. I find it odd that people will let 10 year olds walk to the store or walk to and from school, but frown on them walking to church. I grew up in an age when most children walked to school if they lived nearby. I walked from grade school age to my school. I had some other students about my age and we'd just go out the door with our books in hand and walk together to school. Kicking rocks and talking and laughing amongst ourselves as we went. Today, however, we live in the vehicle transportation age and those seen walking are often frowned upon as being poor or uncared for. Who knew?

You'll probably prefer the contemporary service, though not necessarily. You could try one this week and the other the next week. If it's a Baptist church or anything like that, then it's probably the least awkward social situation anyone could possibly walk into. I'm serious about that, too. Don't worry about it. You'll be fine.

How would you get there? Do you have a church close to you? Just be safe, and maybe take a friend with you? To answer your question, no, you don't have to have an adult with you, but it's not a bad idea either. God bless.

if your parents are ok with you going to that church, then i do not think it would be an issue
it is not like you are a little kid, i am sure if you know how to act in public

ALso I don't know about ye, but at my church there's two services, one is traditional service, one is contemporary service...which one would you recommend?

No, not required to have an adult with you. You would probably like the contemporary service better. I would start there
