I like to be outside a lot and when i can't go for my usual bike ride or prayer walk or just meandering around town it gets to me. Not sure if it's seasonal but the overcast windy rainy weather has got me feeling pretty sad

I like a good downpour on New Year’s Eve. Or better yet, a snowstorm. It puts the kibosh on fireworks. No one on my block engages in that juvenile—and illegal— behavior. But on the street just west of us some dude never lets a holiday pass without shooting off Roman candles, cracklers, bottle rockets, and commercial grade cherry bombs. Our police station is one block further west. There’s no way they can’t hear the noise and see the bursts. But they seem to let it go for the holidays.

I agree. There's some condition, I forget what it's called, I think I have it. I get bummed out when I don't see sunshine for a while. I could never live in a place like Seattle or London.

Well, i used to hate the rain but, not so much now as my owner bought me a 4 legged waterproof coat!

I'd kill for rain. Right now I really.. really.. really.. hate snow.

Have to be careful though... where I live sometimes it does rain then the temperature drops to below freezing and you have roads that are pretty much just ice rinks.

We were in Wisconsin 2 weeks ago spending Xmas with my wife’s sisters. Not much snow, but we got a heavy dose of that Arctic blast. Xmas Eve morning, the wind chill made it feel like -35. I’ve never felt cold like that in my life. There was no indoor parking at the hotel, and I was worried about the car starting. But the motor turned over right away. What a great trooper it was! That was as good a Xmas present as anything else I got.

During the winter months? No precipitation for me please. Spring time though I love a light rain, just not the heavy stuff, puts me in a good mood. I even listen to sounds of light rain at work to mellow me out. Helps with the craziness.
