Yeah I would agree I'm not going to bash the PSP because I`ll probably wind up getting one I will say this though I am very intrested in the creative capabilities the ds brings to the table I`ve been thinking and many game that weren't superb because of their sketchy control could be ported to the DS and made 10 times better. for example Black and white I didnt like because of the difficult controls but my freind was good at it and I enjoyed watching him play but if they ported it to DS I could see myself really loving that game.

The PSP has some great innovations coming for it. Sony plans on making the PSP be able to connect to the PS3 and use the PSP as a controller/TV. Would be pretty cool to see PS3 graphics on the PSP. Sony also plans on incorporating a phone and many other things with firmware updates. It will even eventually have a speech to text program. With the firmware updateable and console connectivity there is alot of potential for it as well as the DS.

I hope to get the PS3 when it releases.

"Yeah Nintendo has said that the DS will be able to connect to the Gamecube and next gen. system now dubed Dolphin"

The Dolphin was the Gamecubes codename. The Nintendo Revolution is the new one. Though, I have never heard that the DS could connect to the GC. There is no way for it to. There is no port. It has wifi but the GC still doesnt so how is that supposed to work?

I don't think you can call something Nintendo started doing a few years ago an "innovation".

It will not connect to the PS3 like Nintendo did with the GBA. It will all be wirelessly and you dont have to be in the immediate area of the PS3. The PSP wont just serve as a second screen either. It can be used as the main screen, like when the TV is taken or broken or whatever.

Here's what I think about the DS:
  • The DS from what I hear will cost a lot less than the PSP and that Nintendo is willing to experiment with all sorts of weird attachments and add-ons.
  • The DS is much more innovative, with Dual Screens, touch sensitivity, and built-in WiFi.

I have tried that. I would prefer an analog stick like my PSP has...but oh well... still fun playing it. Though not as fun as I anticipated.

Uhhh I didn't even know it was out yet! :( And I agree with you about not liking the controlls for Metriod, I don't either.
