I went out today, in the sunshine, got some exercise and I feel miles better than I did yesterday.
I would recommend it to anyone. Go out, meet people, sit in the sun for an hour or two and get some exercise. These are all natural God-given ways to lift depression. Try it, it works.

Edit: can't seem to change the title of this post. Yesterday I was asking depressing questions because I was depressed. Today I feel happy so who cares about what I was worrying about yesterday? I don't.
