I feel god really doesn't care. I just found out were not moving from our hotels...been kicked out of school....

I feel trapped in life.
.i just want to sleep my life away BC it seems no matter what I do... Nothing good happens, no matter how hard I try nothing good happens....no matter how hard I believe..nothing good, nothing good, nothing good happens...NOTHING

I'm tired of trying, I'm so depressed I can barely eat...im just done..

Oh and what's more..my online friends are soaring through life. I get to here about their new jobs, bfs and gfs, new babies ECT... While I'm struggling.. I just want to disappear...its clear I'm not meant to be here. I'm tired.. (staff edit)

Try not to despair, things in life can turn around rather quickly and unexpectedly. You never know what the future will hold. Your friends might end up married and divorced, while you might find a happy marriage. We never know. Things can surely get better though, try not to be so down on yourself.

Romans 8 helps me. We inwardly groan, and don't even know how to pray but the spirit prays for us in groans. We wait for our redemption.

I guess, but how can I grow if god is silent...i feel I'm reaching out to god but he wont even look my way. I feel like hes annoyed or mad at me for something I dont know about. Without god speaking or guiding us our faith is just stagnant, you know.

Praying, yes. I often feel disconnected, as you describe. I'm reminded we walk by faith not sight. We believe that all things will work good, regardless of how they look.

There is hope. I thought at one time I would not find anyone, because I was incapable. Yet someone found me. You're still young, be patient, you never know what the future may hold.

But I'm sure youre amazing.. Everyone who is married has something amazing about them...theyre either ...a hard worker( very capable with finances and just navigating this world), gorgeous appearance or wonderful personality that makes everyone around them at ease... And I'm sure you fall into one of those categories..

Also I'm certain that when their mate met them, they had their life together or at least is seems they did, no one rarely ever choose someone that's a mess. Like you can see that they're life is a mess a mile away.. People want someone whose life is together..

And I just have to get myself together..u know , have something offer besides the obvious.

I wasn't the mess I am today, no, but I was a drug addict and so was she. We wasted much of our life on drugs, such a waste. Have you tried meeting anyone in Church? Maybe a dating service of some kind might be useful as well. Don't be shy, ask someone out. If my old lady didn't keep bothering me I would be alone today. Its like she latched onto me.

Maybe they only think God answers all their prayers. One day it could all crash down on them. I have seen it before, people pray, then receive and then lose what they thought God gave them. Faith to me is about letting Gods grace be sufficient. No matter what, his Grace will be enough. It makes sense out of things, for me at least

No, i think the faith is actually what remains in the long run.

Look, i'm in a similar boat as you are (i think).
I'm 45 and i live with my mother, in her house.
Yes, most of my friends are 'soaring through life' too and have jobs, cars, houses and a family of their own.
I have been broken (by worldly standards) since i severely burned out some 9 years ago.
It wasn't a success story before that either...
But i have found Truth and destination in Christ.
And even though He doesn't seem to do much for poor old me, i'm growing in faith.
And so should you.
Our treasures are not on this earth.
But He will look out for you and give you what you need.
This is not always the same as what we wish though...

I have had periods of intense anger towards God too, and said: F*** you! towards the skies, addressed to Him.
Just because i couldn't have my way, in hind sight...
Guess who had to break? Me or God? Me obviously...

Just hope you'll hang in there.

Lol my church was a family church lol but I wouldn't mind a guy on the same level as me.. And I'm getting myself together first, guys that I was interested in had a problem with me not driving and living in a hotel...also I have no issue asking a guy out..i just need to bring something to the table.

How did you grow? The only thing I know to do is read and pray...is that really it?
