I have this blockage over my mind that won't let me read the Bible pray or do anything it hurts to do anything ! And I strongly feel like I'm going to hell

Try forgetting about all that and just talk to God like your friend, and ask Him to free you from the spirit of fear.

He loves you and wants to spend time with you. May the Lord reveal his great love for you and free you from a spirit of fear, in Jesus name. Amen.

Perfect love casts out fear. Ask Him to reveal his love to you.
