i dont get it

i dont get this.normally im happy & stuff but 4 no reason,out of the blue,ill get this depressed wave come over me.like right now.& it feels like i did everything wrong.i dont get it.can sum1 please help me?id REALLY apreciate it.

I get that way sometimes. Don't know why, how, or what. Sometimes if I do something I really really enjoy it will snap me out of it. Totally get my mind off of it. I think the key would not to focus on the mood swing and move on through it. Not always as easy as it sounds!

Like the disciples in the boat (Matt.8, Mark 4). If you receive and walk in the Spirit, that's walking on water. If u let Him, trhe Spirit will lead u into all truth, u will be *transformed* by the renewing of your mind, you will appreciate what God is doing and won't be flummoxed by feelings or other fleshy failings.

I know exactly what you mean!
The exact same thing happened to me today. But I am able to trace mine back to a comment that has been made and I've allowed all sorts of worries to attach themselves to that comment, instead of focusing on the truth of our Father.
Usually that's where my rollercoaster of emotions comes from, so I need to purposefully concentrate on God until his word and truth have picked me back up, it usually means I can receive strength from him to face this thing that's reared its head in my life.

Have you been to your doctor? It sounds like you need some outside support.

I would like to encourage you to go and see a good gp, not so much a shrink at this stage, but get a medical opinion.

Don't freak out and go around self diagnosing yourself with bi-polar disorder. I know people who are manic depressives and it's not something as simple a mood swing coming and going every now and then. Mental illness are very serious and if you are concerned that you are experiencing symptoms you need to talk to your parents or someone you trust and see about getting into see a pyschiatrist or therapist or even a general practitioner as suggested earlier. There is no sense in feeding an unfounded fear or allowing a true issue to fester.

That being said, and I hope I didn't sound too mean, I see that you are 13 years old- being a girl too and having been 13 once, I'd say what you are feeling is actually quite normal for someone your age. Your body is changing, hormones are active and mood swings are quite normal. It's part of being a chick. Don't distress! Talk to you Mom about it or some other woman that you trust will give you good counsel. As women our emotions tend to get the best of us at times and sometimes it's good to get an outside opinion. Don't stress- don't lose heart. God's got it under control, just look to him.

it got the best of me a few mins ago.angelic is always swearing @ me & starting crap & stuff & it really made me mad like normal so i asked 2g2 the bathroom & the teacher said yes so i went & i just burst out in tears.i couldnt stand it anymore.its lunch/recess right now.so yeah.she uhhh...it just got the best of me & she doesnt even care about the whole thing!it just REALLY ****ed me off!i cant stand her like that!
