i desperately need prayers

Please pray for me. I have been falling into a depression. I am feeling miserable. I dont want to see anyone or do anything. I have had struggles with my beliefs and have even doubted things about God. I just feel awful. I have had insomnia lately and cant sleep so i am at a lack of sleep which probably doesnt help much. I cant even seem to do more than the bare minimal most days lately. I just need some prayers. Please! thanks so much.

Hi...I sure do know all about depression..It is an awful thing and from my own experience,sometimes it just get worse and left untreated(without medicine)can really get bad>I ended up in a hospital>where they put me on anti-depressants.they worked wonders...I got better and came off them...I am

Hi. Just wanted to thank everyone for all the prayers. I know they are working. Spiritually i am feeling much better. I am seeking after God and getting in his word. i am speaking truth instead of lies.
Physically i have gotten worse. I am now sick with a cold (runny nose, sore throat and sneezing) probably because my immune system is down from such lack of sleep. I am still having the insomnia problem and got 4 hours sleep again last night. Please continue to pray for my health and the insomnia! thanks so much

I have been sick most of this year. Or at the least not well. I came close to loosing my job in january because of missed work. Depression does not just mean the mind or soul, it also effects the immune system. Try taking Vitamin C and a multi vitamin. It has helped me the past couple of weeks do better. I do pray you will know some grace in those areas you struggle with.
