• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

Well that's pretty normal, My brother who's currently a College student is stressed all the time, However he still can study, prepare for Tests and save some free time, Well i will tell you what he does, He usually comes home, Eat, Go to his room and start studying, Now he studies for 1 hour then take a break for about 20 minutes, Drink something, Later he studies for another hour, Take another break, Well and the same repeats for about 4 times, And the results are obviously high.

After he understand everything, He stands up and go out for a drive (You know to cheer a little bit), And then he does something crazy as usual and well, Here.. He spent about free 3 hours of his time, Now he goes home and sleep.

So yeah that's pretty him, A college student (3rd year).

Also you should take it easy, College is for your own good, You are going to get a Diploma in the end, And it will absolutely help you with your Career.

Good luck :)!

Sounds like your brother has a pretty good strategy lol. That's probably my biggest problem: I don't have a set schedule to which I do things. It's just "whenever I get to it." I'll try writing myself a schedule. Including free time, because I need that lol. Thanks! :)
