I would like to know WHY I am not able to see characters. What EXACTLY was changed with the new CF, with the characters? Why, if I could always see them in the OLD (and wonderful) CF, can I not see them anymore? It's not my computer that's changed, it's CF!!!! So I have a right to know why I can no longer see characters.
Also, I've found out from thread titles that blessings have returned. That's another bug that I have, apparently: I can not see the possibility to bless, ANYWHERE in my profile or otherwise in posts, etc.
I hope it can be fixed.

By the way, for me this problem is NOT "minor". I hope that someone with technical knowledge will look into this, despite the yellow "minor" colour of this report.

I can not find the option to bless, anywhere in my profile or in posts, etc. Where is it supposed to be? Am I overlooking something, or is it not there? It's not the only bug I have. I can not see characters, either (I can see pictures and images) - see my other report.

Oh, thanks - found it! I can't bless anonymously, either, apparently.
So it wasn't a bug after all (except for the anonymity thing) - ignore this report please.
The new CF is VERY hard to figure out, though - the old one was so easy to use.

Bump. Please assign this to someone. This report was started at May 17, and I have posted about this in the character forum even earlier than that. So I think it's about time that someone looks deeper into this problem.

Update: I still can't see characters, except sometimes my own character (quite randomly) when I use the quick reply option, or when I edit my post. Then I can only see my own character (not always!!! as I said, it is completely random), and only briefly, as long as I don't refresh the page or when I don't click anything.
I can never see anyone else's characters.
Maybe this is a clue that you can work with. I would love to see characters again, as I always could in the old CF. I miss them so much. Without the characters, CF is just like any board - it's the characters that made CF special.

By some fluke, I was able to create my first character under the new CF format. It seems to have been a one time deal because I am back to getting that dreaded "you are not logged in" error message. I have tried several different internet browsers and 2 different computers to no avail. Can someone provide an estimated time on fixing this error? By that I mean, how high a priority can it be at this point?

Please notice that this bug has still not been assigned, and this report was made on May 17, 2008.
I STILL cannot see characters, still don't know why, and I would love to see them. So SOMEBODY please help me. And I disagree that this is a MINOR bug - it's really ANNOYING, and for me it is CRITICAL.

Rebekkah try this and see if it works -log out -go to your internet options on your computer- add christianforums.com as a trusted site and then clearn your cache completely. Come back online and to CF - log in and then hit control and and the F5 key to refresh just in case your cache isnt completely cleared out and see if you can see them then.

I did what you asked - but it didn't change a thing, character visibility-wise. I did this May 27th, too, but it didn't help then, either.
